The Role
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to support our expansion in Mexico and in the North America and accelerate the use of our Demand-Side Platform by agencies and brands.
What will be your impact?
As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a client portfolio of media agencies and trading desks:
- Organise training sessions and regular meetings with agency account managers to build momentum and generate as many briefs as possible.
- Be the preferred contact for agencies and be highly responsive in dealing with their requests.
- Helping agencies promote programmatic DOOH to their clients.
- Create media plan recommendations:
- Be a driving force in developing the media plan to best match the customer’s target audience.
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate business and our network.
- Structure simple use cases and draw up the best strategic recommendations for media, creative and measurement.
- Maintain a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP.
- Manage or supervise campaigns, anticipate and identify potential obstacles to broadcasting in collaboration with the Ad Operations team.
- Work closely with the technical team to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
You will be a good fit if:
- You have been awarded a bachelor’s degree at minimum, a master’s degree is preferred.
- You are fluent or native English speaker.
- You have a thorough knowledge of the media environment, with a number of successful experiences in advertising agencies or exchanges (DSP/SSP)
- The Programmatic holds no secrets to you; knowledge of DOOH would be a plus.
- You have a particular affinity for complex media systems, but are also keen to make them easy to understand.
- You like to find the best solution for your customer, your driving force is customer satisfaction.
- You are able to work independently and are rigorous and organised.

- 1. Pre-qualification Interview (20 minutes): An initial discussion to assess your background and fit for the role with Pierre (Head of CSM)
- 2. In-depth Interview (2 hours): Use case exercise + live pitch and a discussion with future colleagues.
- 3. Final Meeting (30 minutes): A concluding discussion with Laure, our Founder
