Customer Success Manager | Madrid (Permanent)
Displayce is a French technology platform specialising in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising campaigns. For 10 years, we have been the only French player to take on the programmatic sector, which is often reserved to the largest international structures. More than 1 000,000 screens worldwide (US, UK, France, Spain…) are connected in real time to our platform to broadcast the DOOH campaigns for a hundred brands.
We are a team of 50 people based in Bordeaux (France),which will keep growing in 2025.
We operate throughout Europe with 4 offices in London, Madrid, Bruxelles and Milan, and 2 offices in Sao Paolo and Dubaï. Our objective is to expand into new continents in 2025.
Since July 2022, JCDecaux has taken a majority stake in our structure and this alliance has given Displayce the opportunity to accelerate its development.
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Managerto support our expansion in Europe and accelerate the use of our Demand-Side Platform by agencies and brands.
Your Responsabilities and Impact
- Manage a client portfolio of media agencies and trading desks:
- Organise training sessions and regular meetings with agency account managers to build momentum and generate as many briefs as possible.
- Be the preferred contact for agencies and be highly responsive in dealing with their requests.
- Helping agencies promote programmatic DOOH to their clients.
- Create media plan recommendations:
- Be a driving force in developing the media plan to best match the customer’s target audience.
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate business and our network.
- Structure simple use cases and draw up the best strategic recommendations for media, creative and measurement.
- Maintain a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP.
- Manage or supervise campaigns, anticipate and identify potential broadcasting obstacles.
- Work closely with the technical team to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Who will you work with?
You will join a team of 50 people, organised into Tech, Product, Supply, Sales and Data divisions and will report directly to the Head Of Customer Success.
Skills & Experience
- You have been awarded a bachelor’s degree at minimum, a master’s degree is preferred.
- You are a native Spanish speaker and are fluent in English. You are able to conduct sales meetings in at least 2 or 3 languages.
- You have a thorough knowledge of the media environment, with a number of successful experiences in advertising agencies or exchanges (DSP/SSP).
- The Programmatic holds no secrets to you; knowledge of DOOH would be a plus.
- You have a particular affinity for complex media systems, but are also keen to make them easy to understand.
- You like to find the best solution for your customer, your driving force is customer satisfaction.
- You are able to work independently and are rigorous and organised.
